The Parents' Advice Centre (PAC) is a self-referring service offering mediation, advocacy and telephone support to parents and carers of children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEND). They also have a successful Independent Parental Supporter programme that works to ensure parent/carers are informed, empowered and supported to achieve the best outcomes for their child.

Stephen Hawking School is a special school in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets where the majority of the children have profound and multiple learning difficulties.
